This was an absolutely excellent property. I would stay here again without any hesitation whatsoever. Very clean, very modern. Lots of space. Simply a wonderful stay.

This hotel is at superb location! We appreciated amenities (washing/drying machine, water fountain, etc.). Also the studio-typed room is very specious with kitchen, table and couch. We would use this hotel again for our next visit to Glasgow.

For a 4 star hotel, this property was not great. We had a park at a parking garage that was somewhat far, realer of urine, and not in a good area. Reception seemed almost hidden in the back of a small maze. It was difficult to get to our rooms. The windows opened all the way which seemed like a hazard, especially with our 2 year old. The couch, walls, and doors just seemed dirty and dated. Overall, I was just disappointed since this place had such high reviews. The location was okay. But we ended up staying only 1 night of the 3 nights we booked and moved to the AC Hotel (highly recommend). And they wouldn’t even give us a refund for the other 2 nights.

Absolutely fantastic property and staff. You can't beat the location, either. Stayed 3 nights on my first visit to Scotland and would happily stay here again when I come back to Glasgow.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located next to train station, subway and dining. Great for long term stay with convenient small kitchen. Friendly staff and clean. Not suitable for people with disabilities as there are many stairs before reaching the elevator.

This place was absolutely lovely! Stayed for one evening - photos don’t do it justice! Very clean, comfy and warm. Bed was amazing and huge! Incredibly central! Will be staying here on my next trip to Glasgow!

I made a booking being told that there's free parking and there wasn't. I got given a discount to park at the local NCP. I made a booking with breakfast being included. This so called breakfast was a cereal bar and a juice box and some dry porridge and was meant to be given out by the desk staff. When I went to collect this, there was no one around, so I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. No body did, so I found the chambermaid and asked her if I could collect the breakfast and she then went to look for the duty manager. When she found him and said that there's someone asking to collect the so called breakfast, the manager's response, thinking that I was not in earshot was, can't they get breakfast across the road. When I said that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up, his response was 'I've got better thing to do with my time than wait around!' I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the manager. I won't be returning again.

We don't advertise anywhere that there is free parking, only that we have a partnership with NCP to get discounted parking. We also responded to your email enquiry several times regarding the parking to make you aware as early as possible. The 'Brekkie in a bag" is a complimentary addition to all bookings and is described as a snack pack, it is displayed when you book to make you aware of it and is designed to give guests a taste of some locally based items to showcase some wonderful companies that we work with.I have passed your comments onto our general manager and we will look into your comments on our colleagues behaviour. However, I would like to point out that we do have a sign in reception with our Duty Manager phone number so when a loan worker needs to step away, guests have a way to let us know that we are needed.Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you won't be returning to stay with us.Kindest Regards,

The location can’t be beat! The shower best I’ve had in my life. You can walk to train, shopping, the concert hall, river, subway, really good restaurants, bus - everything steps away!

Very Good - Breakfast Bag Included
Second time here - very good and good value. For solo travel the complimentary breakfast bag was a welcome bonus. Good space to sit and read in the room without having to sit on the bed.

Glasgow City Break
We had room 103 on the corner next to the Weatherspoons, so a little noisy but the bedroom was well soundproofed. Although you do get a lot of noise from the room upstairs, so perhaps the top floor is your best bet. The space is huge and comfortable with great facilities and lots of cooking utensils and a toaster too. Great location in the city centre and close to the subway. Parking is a nightmare, so take advantage of the NCP discount (for George street) and use the subway for local trips if you can. The sign for the hotel at the entrance is tiny, and took us a while to figure out so look out for The Anchor Line building, it's that one! Be aware that if you have mobility issues there are steps up to the front door. Overall, I'd recommend a stay here. Glasgow is a lovely city and the rooms were perfect for us.

Perfekt beliggenhed
Native Glasgow ligger i en imponerende gammel bygning midt i Glasgow. Jeg blev budt velkommen af den søde receptionist, som endda også havde mit værelse klar allerede kl. 12, selvom check in først var fra kl. 15. Mit værelse var smagfuldt indrettet og havde den skønneste seng og dyne. Det eneste der umiddelbart manglede var et make-up spejl og lidt flere bøjler. Der var kun TO bøjler i det store klædeskab. Derudover kunne rengøringen godt ha' været lidt bedre. Der var krummer på gulvet, en del hår på badeværelset og drikkeglassene var ikke helt rene. Men udover de småting, havde jeg et super dejligt ophold. Der er et vaskerum på 4. etage med to vaske/tørremaskiner og gratis vaskemiddel.

Recent Stay
3rd stay - will definately have to be advised of room number before booking again. On first floor rm105. Room great but noise between 12 and 1pm at night horredous, then starts again at 6.15 am till 8am. Back entrance to bars so kegs and rubbish being collected/cleared. No way can you sleep really terrible. Never had a problem on previous stays. Stayed on higher floor rooms though.
