“The property is situated in a great location where you can see the mountain directly. There is a little orchard on the property and a forest that you can explore with children. It is also located near Australia Zoo (about 10 mins drive) and plenty of eating options too. The owner, Keith, is delightful and provided us with great hospitality - not sure how he does it on his own but he does a great job! ”

“We had a relaxing stay in the Freda room. It’s beautifully decorated in a manner that’s very aligned with the historic homestead. I loved that the Freda room is apart from the other rooms. It was quiet and we had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable bed. The pool area is private and well maintained. The house is situated right across from some excellent dining options in the Main Street. We will definitely be returning for another stay.”

Wonderful wood burner in room and lovely bathroom products and areas to sit outside. “We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.”

“The cabin is very close to the next ones, as they are all on the same block and you can hear your neighbours easily. The beds were very hard, but very stylish and well appointed. Limited cooking options and tiny kitchen. The spa on the deck is a great idea, but you cannot change The temperature to make it any warmer.”

“Really not used to all of the urban noise associated with being on the main drag into town but I guess that's par for the course for a Motel. Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard. Room was perfect, fellow guests delightfully pleasant, all in all a really good place to lay your head.”

“After thinking we wouldn’t find accommodation anywhere to stay, we stumbled upon Dayboro Cottages. Not only was the communication awesome, but when we arrived, we immediately loved it. The cottage was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and we’ll definitely be coming back. Close to local IGA / cafes etc. The scenery is awesome and the area is just gorgeous. Will stay longer next time to fully appreciate it all, however I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!!”

Staff were warm and welcoming and assisted with getting us to the venue next door so we didn't have to walk on the road. Definitely recommend. ”

“From arrival our experience was excellent. The Manager greeted us on arrival. Check in was easy and showed us straight to our beautiful room. He left toys for my children to play with whilst we were staying. The amenities in the room were better than expected, with an internal laundry, fridge, microwave and more. The property is beautiful and very family friendly. We had a great time and would recommend this location to everyone. ”
