Hotel vicino a Glen of the Downs Golf Club - Delgany

“The pub is charming but very, very loud and our room opened out to the courtyard. The room was very hot because it faced the sun and the day was bright, so we needed to open the window and then had a lot of pub noise. The en suite bath was tiny but operational. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helpful and despite a busy evening, they managed to seat us so we could eat. The food as good too both for dinner and breakfast.”

Attenzione però al riscaldamento se siete in bassa stagione, abbiamo dovuto richiedere espressamente di far partire il riscaldamento che avevano dimenticato spento. Nella stagione fredda ci si aspetta calore in tutti gli ambienti , specie a questo livello di ospitalità”

“The Palm was such a lovely place to start our vacation! The location is great and the staff were kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious with plenty of character. We wish we could have stayed for longer. The only drawback is parking as it is a very busy road.”

“The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)”

“Castello nel verde vicino d'un laughaire. Parcheggio gratuito. Classico stile irlandese arredato con poltrone tavoli antichi. Moquette ovunque. Non moderno, ascensori po' rovinati. Pis ina di 20 Mt gratuita e comoda da riammodernare, po' vecchia. Alla reception po' lenti. Camera bella, spaziosa con divano e 2 letti matrimoniali comodi. Purtroppo moquette ovunque, anti-igienica. Bagno normale, non moderno. Con vasca/box doccia. ”

“Hotel molto carino, pulito con camere spaziose e bagni molto belli. Lo avevamo scelto per la zona piscina e saune essendo a fine vacanza, così per rilassarci: questa ultima parte ci ha un po’ delusi, piscina molto piccola (con tre bracciate la so percorre tutta), con solo 1 sauna e 1 bagno turco. Se la scegliete per questo, evitate… Attenzione: cuffia obbligatoria, se non la si ha bisogna pagarla a parte ”

“Hotel accogliente e comodo per il centro, nonostante non sia vicinissimo (Bus E1 ed E2). Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Personale gentile e per il compleanno del mio fidanzato avevo chiesto semplicemente un messaggio di auguri su tv o carta e invece loro hanno preparato un piatto con una tortina al centro e la scritta di auguri di cioccolato. Grazie!”
