Hotel vicino a Glen Park - Colorado Springs

“Our room,bath,lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.”

“I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait.”

“I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.”

“The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in.”

“When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.”

“The fully equipped kitchen had basic appliances, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and most basic dishes for 3-4 people. Not bad however, the kitchen did NOT have pots, pans, and accessories to cook with, or a dish strainer or a sponge to wash dishes with. (Nor were kitchen items (except for a sponge) obtained after requesting for 3 days in a row, I gave up after that. Horrible for a one week stay. There were only two very small trash barrels, sometimes left without...

“Shower curtain was old as hell and different colors at the bottom, not sure if it was moldy or what. The tub was cracked. The hot tub was not hot daily. Breakfast selection was very poor.”
