“The cabin was perfectly comfy and cozy. It was just enough room for my wife and I, plus our little dog. The cabin was decorated nicely, nothing too fancy, but it was very accommodating. The cabin had a ceiling fan that circulated the air and keeping it from getting stuffy. There is an additional floor fan that oscillates. Good sized fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, there is a Keurig coffee maker but I had a hard time figuring out how to use it, and what buttons to push to get it to brew,...

“Wonderful location, amazing views, and a super clean, comfortable property. Everything was exceptionally well organized. The only downside is the number and height of the stairs. I highly recommend this property, provided you don't have elderly guests or young children for whom the stairs may be a concern.”

“Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. “We loved our stay in Tahoma! This cabin is so charming, well loved, and cared for. The cabin was very clean, bikes were in perfect condition, and the electric grill seemed like it had maybe never been used. We loved listening to CDs in the morning and watching VHS movies at night. Perfect location to lots of west shore beaches and trails. Couldn't recommend it enough!”
