“I checked in and out within 20 minutes. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. The building was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room did not look like the images and was in a bad area. The main reason I left was because of the men wandering the outside halls screaming. The only good thing about this place is the woman at the front desk. She was so kind about my bad experience and did everything she could to make sure I was put in contact with the right people for a refund. Really hoping...

“I arrived late in the evening & was very tired. When I first checked in, the room #333, it was overly warm, musty stinky & the bathroom counter looked clean, but had crumbs & residue on it. It had not even been wiped down. I had to go down stairs to request a cleamer room #408. The receptionist was very apologetic & emediately assigned a new room. However, the keys did not work so I went downstairs again. The room was ok, but had a faint smoke odor. The window latch was broken & the screen torn...

“When we fly DIA this hotel is our choice for comfort & convenience. Large clean rooms & a fabulous 24 hour shuttle. We always fly early so I’m not sure if there’s a breakfast but Village Inn is a block away. Great location & easy to find.”
