Hotel a Glendale

“Upon arrival, staff was not the friendliest nor accommodating. Asked for extra towels, it never arrived. Elevator was in maintenance multiple times and needed to use staff elevator. Website stated $15 for parking, we were overcharged $20 since they also charge the day of the checkout. Breakfast was good and room was clean.”

“I checked in and out within 20 minutes. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. The building was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room did not look like the images and was in a bad area. The main reason I left was because of the men wandering the outside halls screaming. The only good thing about this place is the woman at the front desk. She was so kind about my bad experience and did everything she could to make sure I was put in contact with the right people for a refund. Really hoping...

“The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!”

“Costly parking fees, but the grounds were clean and homey. Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Plenty of room and very quiet. Good location. Would stay there again.”

“Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”

“The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly - Matthew in particular. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good with all the normal staples. The included shuttles to and from the airport were convenient.”
