Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

“For starters I was charged an amount different than my Expedia confirmation. I paid $16.50 extra for parking which I knew. How will I get a refund for the difference? Room had no cups and WIFI took a long time to connect. Very tedious. Only one person at desk trying to do a million tasks.”

“I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated”

“The coffee maker in room didn't work HOWEVER 24 coffee in lobby with all the fixings!! We had a late check in when I h g rewards , able to have a late checkout as well.
Very accommodating , very friendly , don't light a nice hotel , but in a a scaled back efficient way that made it a perfect blend of luxury and affordability in a pinch! Very easy to get to car rental places and DIA! On my list as a stay again when traveling there.”

“Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs.”

“Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. “I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.
