“For starters, my floor was so filthy. I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. I brought this to the desk attention two times they told me oh it’s the soap we use on the floor. The room had a foul smell, which eventually went away. “Out of 6 hotels on our trip this room was our favorite by far. Breathtakingly beautiful. Got a free upgrade to a suite and it was a beautiful, very clean room. U have your own bark yard with the ocean down below. Great breakfast too. Bought one of their comfy robes like the ones they provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the whole experience. Can't wait to go back next year.”

“great location, comfortable, clean & fair price. The separate bedroom suite was very roomy and beds were comfortable.
