“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . “Hotel is very clean and staff are very gracious and helpful. We stayed in blue room and temperature management in room was a little tricky with fluctuations in temperature outside. Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. No door to shower also made it quite cold as the bathroom is so large it didn't steam up very quickly. While the bathroom is beautiful, it was not a great shower. “The room was clean and smelled fresh bedding and everything seemed good a little wear and tear visible on most of the furnishings - except the chair… the first thing you see is this beat up chair in the corner with a completely cracked vinyl seat cushion and tape on parts of the fabric and legs- it was very off putting right of the bat and made me almost leave. I saw another chair like that in a common area, also. Buy new chairs or just remove the old ones, it really looks bad! And immediately...

“Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...
