“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . “The room was clean and smelled fresh bedding and everything seemed good a little wear and tear visible on most of the furnishings - except the chair… the first thing you see is this beat up chair in the corner with a completely cracked vinyl seat cushion and tape on parts of the fabric and legs- it was very off putting right of the bat and made me almost leave. I saw another chair like that in a common area, also. Buy new chairs or just remove the old ones, it really looks bad! And immediately...
