“Our family stayed for an extended weekend in the spring. The cabin is situated in a lovely setting and offers trails on site. The workmanship of the reassembled 1830s log cabin was amazing. All the details were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed several bonfires and grilled over the wood fire with the newly added grill top. The grandkids had fun on the rope swings. “We stayed almost a week due to HS Graduation. The property was clean, no problem. We had to constantly wash silverware not enough to use. No mirrors to see how you looked. Laundry room you had to plug the light in so you walked into a dark room. I question the way the electrical wiring was done. We couldnt get AC to work in LR so the room was warm as a few days were very warm outside. No ceiling fans. Light switches confusing Tv we could only get Netflix. Bedrm tv was fine. Little to no closet...

“The hot tub was awesome. Couldn't get the lights to work but who needs that when you have a sky full of stars. It was nestled back just enough to make it feel like you were completely somewhere else. The cabin(s) were great and lots of things to keep you busy or just to relax. My only thing is if you follow Google maps, you will end up turning into someone else's driveway. Just pay attention to the numerical address on the mailbox and you'll be in your own little sanctuary!”
