“We had an outstanding trip! First time there, the property was very clean, cozy, and peaceful. Everything we needed was there. We had a beautiful view with cows and horses nearby. The Amish community members are extremely nice and make the best food we have ever had. There is cable there so we enjoyed watching a movie before bed. We would highly recommend staying there and will be back again♥️”

“My mom and I had a wonderful stay on this property. We found it to be clean, cozy and in a great location! The stairs are 26 which was a bit daunting for my 76 yo mom, so be careful booking this with elderly or people who can not climb stairs. I would recommend this place for cozy wonderful stay!! ”

“Came to Coshocton from Wilmington, DE to visit family. Roscoe Retreat was our second stay at Roscoe Village. It was everything we expected and more. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and very clean. Enjoyed every moment we spent there. Everything you can possibly need is there. Will definitely be back!”

“The property was very clean. I didnt like the fact the pool was at another address. I would have used it. Need a sink by the microwave. I would had used the fire pit to cook. Inconvenient to take everything to the bathroom. Very tranquil and close to downtown Berlin. We enjoyed the stay.”

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern touches that made our stay both comfortable and memorable. The layout was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves, while the furnishings and design gave the space a luxurious feel.The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable...

“The view was wonderful. We were on the 2nd story of #1. It was quiet, had a fire place, jacuzzi tub, full studio. Only snafu was we were supposed to receive an email from expedia with the code. There was a number to call at the property so it all worked out.”
