Alderwood Cottage - Heart of The Highlands

Alderwood Cottage, tranquillity at its finest at this beautiful country cottage. With stunning views of the surrounding lush paddocks, this is a private, spacious home where you can truly enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands. Make yourself at home in the spacious living areas or take in the views in the sprawling outdoor areas. Located in Glenquarry, a short drive from Bowral, this home lets you enjoy your privacy whilst still being close to shops, eateries and attractions.

This is a spacious, light-filled home, with contemporary interiors and modern appliances. It is a private, cosy home that boasts views of the sprawling paddocks. Inside, the sleek kitchen leads into the open-plan living area, which flows out onto the outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and well-designed, featuring plenty of space for your comfort.



THINGS TO KNOW

* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot and highchair, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.



*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.



*Access to the Nursery which is 223 Sproules Lane is within walking distance.



*Access to the dam is via the gate at the back of the cottage.



* We only provide 2 set of keys for each stay. An additional set can be provided on request.



* Please BYO firewood for the fire pit. You may also purchase some at Southern Highlands Firewood or the nearest gas station.



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

* Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture. Pets are to be kept within the confines of the cottage courtyard and are not be taken off the leash pass the fence down the paddock. This is a working nursery and there are resident dogs on site.
