“Had a reservation for late at 11 pm. They were aware. Arrived in the lobby and no one was there to check me in. The desk phone said dial zero for after hours support {10 pm} for late check in and I would be helped. I dialed zero 15 times with no answer and spent 40 min in he lobby trying to book another hotel. What a joke!”

“Rooms clean and comfortable. Historic hotel adds interest + great Mexican restaurant. Easy walking distance to 2nd street shops. Good parking”

“Room and sheets were dirty. Almost didn't stay there overnight but didn't have any other options. Room door looked like it had been kicked in and didn't shut right. I would spend a little more and stay elsewhere. Permanent residents that seemed a little sketchy but overall they were nice. Lots of trash everywhere. Probably the dirtiest parking lot and surrounding area I have ever stayed.”

“Pool was closed and that is why I book at this hotel for kids. This is outdated hotel with air conditioner that worked very hard and loud and not effective in cooling, Bathroom fans loud and did not exhaust bathroom. Outside property was poorly maintained. Nice breakfast, good staff.”
