“We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy.
