  • Bright, Bold & Beautiful! This cabin is big & fun & just a few steps away from the Caddo River!

    The generous upper deck has rockers, a seating bench & several bar height bar stools - thereby providing the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Built in benches & several bar height picnic tables provide plenty of seating on the spacious under deck which also offers privacy & shade. Here guests can enjoy fun activities with family & friends…such as cornhole - boards & bags are provided!

    Upon entering the cabin guests will find that the spacious living area has plenty of windows with views onto the front deck & beyond! There is also an eye catching electric fireplace to keep guests warm & cozy during the cooler months. The beautiful kitchen is very inviting & stocked with most everything one could need.

    The two front bedrooms offer views onto the front deck. They each have a king size bed & an adjoining bathroom and a walk in shower.

    The two middle bedrooms each have a king size bed & an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

    The cozy bunk room has two sets of three bunk beds - three full size & three twin size!

    There is also a half bath just off the kitchen!

    The laundry room complete with washer & dryer is also just off the kitchen.

Great visit

Came for the eclipse but enjoyed the river and property immensely. Huge great room, well stocked property. If planning a trip to hot springs or crater of diamonds this is a wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay!

We loved the house and how close it was to the river. Great spot! The house is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for four families to stay and have plenty of room. Hoping to stay there again next year!

A Trouble Free Holiday Weekend

Our family used this rental last year and rented it again. The management is excellent and basically everything you need to cook meals and play games are in place. We enjoyed our stay.

Accommodations were everything we needed. Buck room got warmer than rest of house and fans would be a nice add on to front purch but our stay was great! See you again next year!

Large, bright cabin

We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was perfect for our family. We have a 5, 3, and 1 year old; everyone had a bedroom and room to play. Highly recommend this place.

Early Thanksgiving Getaway

We needed a spot to just sit still and enjoy some time together. This location was perfect. Not too far from home, but exactly what we needed. The perfect space to host family style dinners and have lots of fun playing cards or games! Thank you for your responsiveness and help! We loved every minute!

Perfect for large group

We really enjoyed our stay. This was able to easily accommodate the large group of 10+ people and infants and give us easy access to the river. Also plenty of room to hang out and grill downstairs. Couple of things to note - no soap for baths/showers and guests staying in bunk room will need to use one of the bedroom baths/showers. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Inside was great. Just wish there was more comfortable setting on porch and the cobwebs were cleaned out from underneath! Other than that it was ver nice.

Great place to stay. Super clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and living area, and comfortable beds for all. Really nice washer/dryer combo, too, if you're planning an extended stay and you need to do some laundry. Hot water wasn't working upon arrival, but owner was VERY easy to reach, confirmed my suspicion that it was simply the result of a tripped breaker (other appliance behavior suggested recent power outage), and explained where the box was located. Hot water was back online in a matter of minutes. We will definitely consider using this property in the future!The property is minutes away from a river outfitter we use for an annual canoe trip, and we have a large group so we usually rent multiple houses. This house, unlike some of the others in the neighborhood, is set back off the river, so you don't get the most amazing view from your porch, but you can walk across the road and enjoy access to the river with no trouble. The only other thing worth mentioning is that this house (at least when we stayed) did not have an outdoor gas grill. We used the grill at the other rented property, but a gas grill would be a nice addition.Long story short, great place, good price, and great communication!

Large group getaway

Great property, easy access to river. House was very clean. Comfortably accommodated our large group of 17. We got locked out of property for 2 hours due to keypad battery going out…host and property manager were very difficult to get ahold of. Eventually, we got in touch with them and they called a locksmith which saved the day. Overall, a really nice place. Our group had a great time!!

Time For Living

We have a family of 14 but only 10 Of us stayed. The place is so big and nice we didn’t get in anyone’s way. Sleeping was not a problem. We enjoyed the room under the house had a fun time with Baggo and played baseball behind the house. We would like to come back in the future.

Great place for small group outing.

Had a group of old college friends get together for March Madness. Excellent place to stay, cabin was clean with plenty of beds and space for everyone. Beds were comfy, kitchen appliance were good, satellite tv worked great for basketball games and couple of guys had to work online one day and had no problem doing so with the WiFi. Outside area was nice with a fire pit and underneath the cabin was nice to have to be able to sit outside and play some cornhole while it was raining. Excellent communication with the owners and would highly recommend it for a family or small group get together.

tried to contact owner about early check in since cabin was not booked day before still no response. cabin was clean but underneath at picnic tables spiders were terrible just everywhere .

Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean

I didn’t realize how large it was until we arrived. We had 14 people with us and we were all very comfortable with our stay! The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of space for each house. The walk to the river and pond was easy. The house came with the essentials (towels, bedding, appliances, coffee cups, toilet paper and paper towels). TV worked great for us to watch the Women’s College World Series and movies. Overall we are very pleased with our choice and look forward to coming back!
