“As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

“Hotel in centro,non c'è parcheggio privato,io sono rimasto 2 notti e non ho mai avuto problemi per parcheggiare vicino e gratis personale molto molto gentile e cordiale COLAZIONA COMPRESA ABBONDANTE E MOLTO BUONA,molta possibilità di scelta,veramente super unico neo forse hotel un po' attempato ,ma per me non è stato un problema,ho potuto apprezzare la gentilezza dello staf e la super colazione”

“The room was very clean and comfortable and had the most stunning views overlooking the sea and Llandudno. We had no problem at all with the hotel, staff and the breakfast was good too. What we did have a problem with, though, was lack of sleep due to our very noisy, inconsiderate and disrespectful next door neighbours. The TV was really loud til well after midnight. “Really enjoyed my stay at this property! Excellent variety of choice at breakfast. I personally enjoyed a full hot breakfast. The staff friendly and polite and the location of the hotel is spot on, a few minutes walk from the pier and close to all local shops and restaurents. I would definitely return to the Merrion Hotel!”

“This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. ”
