“The host was super nice and courteous. We were there for medical appointments at Highland clinic two days in a row. I arrived and asked for early check-in. They complied. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly safe. I highly recommend. ”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and everything felt fresh. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, welcoming, and professional, which made a huge difference after the experience we had just come from. We felt at ease right away and finally got to enjoy our trip....

“Excellent service. Very nice lady working the front desk. She was very helpful. The condition of room 225: Freezer in refrigerator was over iced and unusable. Bathroom door was battered and broken, the lower slat of its frame dropping onto the floor. The bathtub ledge had cigarette burns (This was a non smoking room) The white sheets on the bed although clean had grayed stains streaking across its underside. So although the front of desk was excellent, the maintenance and housekeeping needs...
