“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”

“The property is a beautiful old home from 1800's. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are upgraded beautifully. There are fire pits for cooler weather. It was off season so the pool and hot tubs were not available. The game room is very fun and the parlor had some snacks and drinks.”

“The service was great. Breakfast very good with decent selection of foods. The seating area is a little small but was not a problem. Cookies and coffee available when we checked in late. I have stayed here several times and my experience has always been excellent. The property/room is showing a little wear but it was very clean. ”
