“I stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel for work and leisure. The room was not soundproof and I could literally hear everything from outside, such as traffic and people. Additionally, the rooms and bathroom were in poor condition. You had to ask for cleaning, and even that was not always done. A huge disappointment!”

“Value for money is high. Twin Rooms are generally very spacious, Breakfast is good, Personal is professional, Park is equipped with elevator to the rooms. Downsides: Pool is outside the main building. Location is conveniently located in the asian side of Istanbul (15 minutes away from Kadikoy by car), 15 minutes away from SAW international airport (by car)”

AC didn’t work even after we requested and received two attempts by staff, the shower head was broken and shot water all over. Was told we were getting two twin beds on check in but it was a king and a pull out couch with no linen, (booked in for three of us). Brought us one pillow, and a sheet for the pull out.
