“When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.”

“I paid extra for a room with jacuzzi and it was not useable. The iron was not working. I called for service and they said they couldn’t provide me with service until the next day. ”

“Everything about the hotel was great except that the website still showed the hotel as having a pool. Upon inquiring about it, was told that it was remodeled into a conference room-which would have taken some time so would be helpful to remove pool from hotel listing as it is misleading.”

“Quality of the bed linens. Sheets were paper very thin. It was a cold and rainy weekend, no blankets. Didn’t sleep all night ever though I put up the heat. Continental breakfast had no proteins”

“Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!”

“Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and...

“The property was clean, the lobby is welcoming and nicely decorated. I don't like that microwaves are not in the rooms.but there is a microwave in the lobby that guests can use. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.”
