“Rooms are clean, AC is working there are shops,mall and restaurants near by. Staff is ok due to language barrier. My only comment is the check in. There’s nobody in the apartment when we arrived consisting informed them of my arrival it’s difficult esp we still don’t have WiFi that time. ”

“Unfortunately, my experience with this property (Host Prime Paradise Villa at Rehab City) and its management (Host Prime) was very disappointing. My check-in date was December 27. On December 25, the management contacted me via WhatsApp offering a “better deal” if I canceled my Expedia reservation and booked directly with them. “My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable.”
