“First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.”
We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor.

“When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. “Very run down starting with the motel sign. Only 2 letters were lit up. The room was furnished with mismatched and outdated furniture. The microwave was tiny and ancient.
Staff were polite and waited up for me to arrive when I had car trouble. Another positive is they allow pets. Be prepared to pay $20 per pet per night.
It's odd that there is no office. You check in at their restaurant which closes at 8 p.m. There is no sign indicating where to check in.
