“The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. “I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.”

“Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.”

“There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken.
