“The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz”

The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. I paid for extra breakfast but that was denied me by the hotel staff. “Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work. They have no WiFi so you can’t access the internet. I booked on Expedia and paid for my stay upfront.
