“The room was clean and spacious. We came in for a concert and there was a lot of space to get ready. The kitchen was a great touch. My only complaint is the walls are thin, we could hear full conversations of the room next to us. It was a connecting room so that might play a part in it. Other than that, the stay was great and the location was prime!”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

“Property was going through some renovations but staff put us in a room away from work areas. Hotel is close to heritage center…walked across bridge adjacent to Newport. Only issue was drunk people at bar along street you needed to be careful walking around, but otherwise was fine.”

“Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating.”

“My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing. The bed was as hard as a rock compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at, as were the pillows (this is something I've never had an issue with, and we travel a lot).
