“We were treated terrifically by a kind staff. The shuttle service into Cincinnati helped us tremendously. We will definitely stay here in the future. ”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups.”

“Great location a bit removed from the sportsball parks but still in the heart of the fountain district and Aronoff Center. Ho hum breakfast buffrt-- much better brekkie/brunch options in the area”

“Nice place but service inconsistent. When we arrived we were told that food was available at the bar. By a bartender. Later that night we sat down to order food and a different bartender told us they didn't take food orders. About 15 minutes later another person at the bar had food delivered to them by the kitchen.”

“Came from Detroit to attend a ball game. Picked this hotel due to location near the stadium and figured it would ease parking due to staying at hotel. Parking was extremely difficult as they didn’t have enough spaces for their guests. Told us they were full due to the game. Drove around for an hour trying to find parking, which ended making us late for the game. Room was clean, great location, horrible parking.”

“The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent.”
