“Overall this hotel is nice and clean. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our room key for the cleaning manager to inspect our room. This was an inconvenience. The pool was nice with good seating for adults and always had clean towels available.”

“They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room.
