“I cannot say enough good things about AWOL Stowe! I was visiting Stowe (and Vermont) for the first time for a short birthday trip. I stayed in the "1 King Bed Cabin" and it was SO dreamy - a little individual hotel room that was so cozy. It was nice to not share walls with neighbors, while also still feeling safe as there is plenty of people around. The staff also left a wonderful little carepackage in my room with birthday wishes. And the lobby of the hotel was exceptionally cozy and aesthetic....

Its overall design, the staff and the proper selection breakfast with day-to-day diversity created a constant feel of home warmth and pleasure. The open fire fireplaces in different areas of the semi-open concept of the lobby along with different coffee selections were a special and a highly valued feature of this place”

What really stood out to me was how accommodating the owner was. My brother decided to join us last minute even though I had booked for only three people. I reached out to let her know, and she kindly updated the booking to four guests without any extra charge. I truly appreciated her flexibility and hospitality. I definitely recommend!”
