“I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. “Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay due to an aggressive and abusive resident. After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. A member of our party stepped in to assist the two female staff and to protect the young children in our group who were clearly...

“Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!”

“This place is a health and safety hazard, run downown and eekie. Slippery staircase with rusty frames and cracked concrete to get to the room. In room: blood stains and other sticky stuff on carpet, holes in carpet and wall, filthy toilet roll holder, toilet brush had a lot of wet toilet paper on it, shower caddy falling part, fan was filthy, rusty piece of metal sticking out of patched wardrobe. Person checking us in was very rude, place was very noisy, people (guests or workers) yelling...

“The studio with jet bath was my occupancy. The room is average. Clear signs of wear and tear (carpet torn in many places, oven was rusted, bed wasn’t too comfy, toilet taps made sounds and jet bath was not very clean). Overall, an okay place to stay, staff is very friendly and location is good.”
