Please note that Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas are currently part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. During this period, guests may notice some temporary impacts including:

These works are part of a major transport upgrade for the Gold Coast and are expected to improve future access to the area. While the project is outside of our control, we want guests to be aware before booking.

There is also construction occurring on buildings located near the complex, including properties in front of and beside the building. Some noise may occasionally be heard during normal working hours, generally Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
