3 bedroom apartments available for holiday stays!
Apartments are 2 storeys with the downstairs consisting of- kitchen/dining/living with balcony, 2x bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry facilities including washer, dryer, iron and washing liquid.
Upstairs is a mezzanine floor for the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, spacious wardrobes and its own private balcony with beautiful views of the broadwater parklands.

Guests will have full access to common areas such as the BBQ facilities, sparkling pool, and spa.

Wonderful apartment we all loved the stay. The pool area was lovely, the apartment was clean and very roomy and comfortable. We will definitely be returning to stay again soon.

Clean, comfortable, great area with many excellent restaurants and cafes. Also not far from Surfers Paradise and shopping. Great price for 2 nights between three people. Safe car parking under building.

Definitely a nice place to stay. Only concern was that our deposit was never taken when we booked it nor did we hear anything from the property manager. We weren't sure if there was an issue with our booking or something but all went well at 1:30pm on day of checking in we got all instructions & payment withdrawn in full. Would stay again. 20 minute walk to Glink, plenty of nearby restaurants & parks for the kids

Was basic utensils in kitchen. Needs more cooking utensils. The whiteounge under the cushions was discusting with old food crumbs paper chip packets bottle yop. We wkuldnt have seen it other than we lost a pen . Needed a dustpan to pick up floor rubbish after sweeping up

There needs to be something in the listing about no lift, there was 6 flights of stairs to our unit and this wasn't mentioned anywhere. I am an older person with bad hips and struggled with the stairs, would not have booked here if I had known

I was stressed out by lack of communication by owner. Despite communicating two weeks out, I couldn't raise a response until I rang a couple of times. My payment only cleared the day before we left. The property was as in photos, clean and beds comfortable. There were maintenance issues but Tamara was a real champion and everything was resolved very speedily.

I'm sure the accommodation is great but stayz can't seem to work out how to cancel a booking even when the owner of the accommodation agrees to cancel.

The overall stay was good and my girls enjoyed it as well. There was only a couple of problems with the circuit board tripping out a couple of nights you could also change your batteries in the remote for the TV I think why the circuit board tripped out was that we were charging our phones and it became to much for the circuit board you may want to have it checked, but otherwise we will be back at sometime and just make sure the right keys are in the envelope lucky the house keeper was there to help me out. Lovely place, close to get around. Had everything needed. Only advice would be place isn’t suitable for someone with mobility issues as there’s a lot of stairs and no lifts that my mum really struggled and had to take breaks but other than that, great price and place

It was very noisy so my partner and I found it difficult to sleep. Hoons racing on the street outside and noise from other apartments and drunks returning to their apartments at all hours. The apartment smelt musty (particularly one bedroom downstairs) and the stairwell smelt musty and ? from cigarette smoke. There were a lot of stairs up to the apartment and no lift so this would not be suitable accommodation for anyone with a mobility issue. Inside, the apartment was well stocked but little issues like windows that don’t open to allow a fresh breeze through, no soap holder in the ensuite and a large length of cord from shirt blinds wrapped messily around things in the ensuite.

Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as others we’ve stayed at - few tubs for leftovers. Bin liners too small for bin.
