Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.

Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at My Local Store - 22 View Avenue, which is 3 mins walk away.

Getting Around:

Parking: There is one designated parking spot comes with all bookings



Additional paid parking is available next to the Key Pick up point at 18 View Avenue - Care Park - Piazza on the Boulevard Car Park. Overnight parking is only $19 a night if you book online at the Care Park site.



From airport:

Ocean Surfers Paradise is also only a 35 minutes drive from the airport and around $55 to catch an uber here.



You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Cypress Avenue Station, then walk over to Ocean Surfers Paradise for about 1 mins.
