We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy your stay. Our goal is to greet you, provide you with all the necessary information, answer any questions you may have, and then give you space to relax and explore on your own.
Please treat the home with care. Any damage, loss, or extra cleaning beyond a standard clean may be charged.
Keys & call-outs
Please keep keys/fobs with you at all times. Fees may apply for lost keys, lockouts, key delivery, or verified noise complaints:
Lost key/fob replacement: $280


Call-out fee: $100 during business hours / $200 after hours


Extra key set: Deposit + delivery fee may be charged


Optional extras
Baby travel cot: $80 per stay


Fire safety
If the fire alarm is triggered due to guest actions and emergency services attend, any official call-out charges may be passed on to the guest.
