Step into a timeless retreat where nature’s rhythm meets refined comfort. Overlooking the tranquil tidal creek, this luxurious home exudes a sense of regal calm — a sanctuary of elegant interiors, high-end furnishings, and sun-lit spaces designed for those who appreciate grace and grandeur.

Wake up to sparkling canal views from almost every room. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as boats glide past, or unwind at sunset with a glass of wine in hand while the water reflects the pastel sky.

🛏️ Sleeping arrangements:

- Master bedroom with a Queen bed, ensuite & water views

- Two guest rooms with queen beds

- Fourth bedroom with twin beds

All rooms have quality linens & towels and the house is centrally air-conditioned throughout.

🛋️ Living & dining:

Two spacious living areas with 2 smart TVs and comfy lounges - streaming only, as there is no antenna.

Open-plan dining area flowing to the deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

Indoor and outdoor dining options with waterfront outlooks

Laundry with washer & dryer.

Secure double garage.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor areas. The home is fully self-contained — guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed.

You’ll have full self self-check-in access, and we’re just a message or call away should you need assistance, local recommendations, or help with anything during your stay.

Our goal is to make your visit as seamless and relaxing as possible — from check-in to checkout.

Quiet hours from 8:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our neighbours and the peaceful environment. No Loud Music can be played outside during these hours.

Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.


👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

🐾. NO PETS are permitted at the property under any circumstances. Most of our furnishings are made from real leather, and we’ve recently installed brand new carpets throughout the home.

Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit plus additional reimbursement for cleaning or repairs if required.

🗝️ We provide 1 entrance door key, 1 garage remote by default. If you would like a second set of key, please inform us before your stay to avoid extra cost incurred.

🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Thankyou for an amazing place to stay Becca, we absolutely loved your property, great beds, beautiful furniture and tucked away in a very quiet and private location, perfect after a day out and about on the Gold Coast. The view from the house to the creek outside is quite special, having a morning coffee and watching the fish in their natural environment is quite therapeutic. We will certainly be staying again when we return next year. Becca, thanks also to yourself for being available to answer any of my questions.
