Immacolata al 3 ° piano, questa unità con 3 camere da letto è stata appena rinnovata secondo uno standard molto elevato. Ha un ascensore per un facile accesso e ha la spiaggia come è il cortile. L'appartamento ha un garage e un parcheggio per chi ha una macchina, ma anche solo pochi minuti a piedi per quelli a piedi per il tram e il cuore di Surfers Paradise.

SALA SALONE - ha una vista da ogni finestra della spiaggia. Ha anche un divano letto estraibile e un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. Smart TV collegata per recuperare il top box in modo da ottenere molti più canali e accedere a Netflix, Youtube solo per citarne alcuni.
DESIGNER CUCINA - è il pezzo centrale dell'unità con tutti gli elettrodomestici e attrezzato e completamente autonomo. Ha un'abbondanza di viste meravigliose, luce naturale e grandi brezze.
CAMERA DA LETTO PRINCIPALE - ha un letto matrimoniale con vista sulle montagne
CAMERA DA LETTO 2 - ha un letto matrimoniale con rotelle

EDIFICIO - l'edificio e l'ascensore sono vecchi ma questo non riflette l'unità in quanto è stato completamente rinnovato secondo uno standard molto elevato. Dovrai anche salire alcuni gradini una volta fuori dall'ascensore per raggiungere l'unità.

POSIZIONE

Situato a 5 minuti a piedi da Cavill Avenue, il cuore di Surfers per negozi e ristoranti o Broadbeach è a pochi passi dall'altra parte. Solo un paio di fermate di tram per Jupiter's Casino, Gold Coast Convention Center e Pacific Fair. Per comodità e tranquillità, i bambini possono nuotare tra le bandiere a pochi metri dal cancello posteriore.

Amazing spot

We loved our stay, very close to surfers and not too far from broadbeach, the views are amazing, waking up to the sunsrise as I walked into the kitchen each morning was breathtaking! Only downside is the abandoned building next door and works in the close area.

Location!!

My family and one of my friend’s family stayed in this property for a week in early October 2023, and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location of the house was also excellent. It was close to all the amenities and the restaurants and its proximity to the town centre. Backyard is the beach. Unbelievable views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location for us to watch the airshow from the balcony! Apartment was modern and lovely. Building has some age but once you walk into the unit there is a modern feel to it. Great location, great host highly recommend

Beautiful location

Stayed in this apartment for my bday weekend and it was perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk to Cavill ave. Host were very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay with a couple caveats

Location and view! This place might have the best view of any place I've ever stayed. You're right on top of the ocean and the crashing waves lull you to sleep every night. The location is also amazing and an easy walk Surfer's Paradise. We ate most of our meals at BMD Surf Club which is just two blocks down. The apartment itself if very modern and quite nice. There are a couple caveats. 1. The master bedroom is all the way in the back and gets lots of street noise and garbage pick up noise. Because it's all the way in back and there is no central AC, you have to sleep with the windows open. I had to use ear plugs most nights to block the street noise. 2. One of the bathrooms has a bizarre 5 cm step up going into it. We repeatedly banged our toes entering the room which is quite distracting in the middle of the night. 3. Julia was away during our stay, so this isn't likely an issue. Her stand in, Rick, didn't explain how anything worked. The induction stove top could have used some instructions. I've used one before, but the user interface on this stove top was bizarre. 4. The elevator for the building is also really bizarre. It lets you off a 1/2 flight of stairs below the apartments on all floors. Wouldn't have been a big issue, but my wife's knee got torn up on a hike. Also made it hard to get bags in the first day. I used the word "bizarre" a lot in this review, but we really had a good time.

Stunning view. Genuine on the beach location.

Modern, clean and well presented renovated apartment. The bedrooms get a fair bit of road noise with the windows open. Ducted air conditioning isn't available (or possible) and you want sea breeze to flow in summer. Only reason missed out on 5 stars.

The building outdated but apartment recently renovated & offering direct beach access

Stayed for a total of 10 days which passed far too quickly. Whilst main building is older & could use some love, our apartment was recently renovated offering everything we needed. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Direct access to the beach was one of the highlights. Didn't do a lot of swimming as the bluebottles were out en masse but many long walks along the beach. Northcliffe Surf Club 3 doors down & lifeguards directly in front of our building each day. Location was great, easy walk to Surfers Paradise and able to walk to Broadbeach as well. Would recommend.

Our stay at Julia's apartment was more than we could of asked for. Julia went above and beyond to look after us, and was always avaliable to help us out. The apartment is really beautiful, and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

The location was great, and the apartment is beautiful with all the facilities needed for cooking if you decide to. The photo of the beach are accurate, it is right in front of the apartment. We loved being able to open the family/dining room to the balcony. Loved having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. Julia was very easy to contact. We’d stay again.
