Apartment is a walk up of one floor. There is an outdoor communal pool (not heated) and secure underground car parking for 1 vehicle.

The main beach and ocean, beachside boardwalks, Kurrawa Park, Kurrawa Surf Club, cafés, restaurants, casinos and Pacific Fair (world class shopping mall) Broadbeach Mall (oasis shopping centre) and the tram stop are all close by.

It is set up for both short and extended stays for family holidays, events, conferences and also has facilities such as a laundry area for longer stays for working professionals.



The apartment is most comfortable for 4 guests and can sleep up to 6 guests which would require a fifth or sixth guest utilising the sofa bed facility in the living room. The sofa bed will be prepared only upon request; please request in advance if required.



Health, safety, and well-being of our guests is of utmost importance and the apartment is professionally cleaned ahead of check-in and your stay includes complimentary fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials.
