At the base of Mt Tambourine lies a hidden gem called sea eagle lagoon, with an abundance of nature including birds, fish, water dragons and dolphins on occasion. This apartment is set in a tranquil location with a beautiful balcony to sit and have a cuppa or a wine as the sun goes down overlooking the lagoon at the top of the Coomera River. Central to theme parks, top golf, the wakeboard park, wineries, cafes and restaurants

Very comfortable and quiet property with lake viewsand lots of bird life. Had everything we needed.

Fabulous location, lived Mount Tamborine spent a couple of days there on the track and the lovely town. Laundromat close by if needed, Everything we needed was close by. Outstanding views from property and very quiet. Just loved our time here.Wish I could give it a higher rating than a five.

Not so great :(

Not sure how this VRBO got such good reviews. It was clean and a decent location. It was cool with the hot temps. There, however, was very little privacy. The unit is an extension of the home and the door to the unit is only 10 feet from the home entrance; a sliding glass door. The walls are thin and an interior door is covered up by a book shelf. We stayed for 2 weeks and were not told until we arrived that there would be construction (new flooring) starting while we were there. The floor install went on for the entire week; then on the weekend at 10 AM there was something like a jackhammer being used. Beautiful scenery but not so peaceful with non-stop construction noise.We had 2 towels each and one hand towel for the 2 weeks we were there. Host said that we could put the first soiled towels out to be washed, which we did, but they were never returned to us. There are surveillance cameras at the entrance and also over the pool area. Though VRBO rules state that the cameras should be disclosed by the host, they are not.The pool did not feel accessible as it had a large vacuum and hose in it the entire time we were there and no attempt was made to remove it. Between that and the camera, it just didn't feel comfortable. We did not feel comfortable here and would not recommend this unit.

We stayed 4 nights over Australia Day weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience, the hosts were lovely and communication was great! The property was amazing clean and sooo central to both theme parks (movie world and dreamworld) we also to drove up mount tambourine. Pool was great and we got to watch the boats on the lake. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

So quite and peaceful, great views, beautifully decorated with the best pillows ever. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Well equiped kitchen and very comfy bed. Best accommodation on the Gold Coast of late.

Lakeview Haven Has It All

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Haven. Jenny was a lovely host, very friendly & informative. The property was extremely clean & well equipped. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and the view of the lagoon was spectacular. It’s close to shops & restaurants & other amenities. Most importantly for us, the furniture & bed were very comfortable. We’ll definitely return to Lakeview Haven.

We had a lovely stay here, very quiet and private, beautiful view to the lake. Clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is amazing. The swim pool was very well maintained which was enjoyed immensely. Thankyou Jenny our host, very lovely and helpful.

Lake View Haven - a hidden gem

Beautiful Location

Without any doubt the location of this property is stunning however, that’s where it ended for me. On check in it was highlighted how little privacy this rental has. The owner said something to me that I found upsetting and although apologised, I felt as if I would feel self conscious staying and especially using the pool. I decided not to stay as I had friends about 45 minutes drive away. My husband did stay and I drove each day to collect and drop him. His findings were fridge was extremely loud stopping sleep, pool vacuum not removed making it feel as if pool was out of bounds, conversation and TV from owners side of wall heard clearly. Entrance no privacy, Glass door not secure externally. Such a shame as the location is absolutely beautiful. Sorry to say but In our opinion the Property is more suited to family than paying guests.

It started with great preliminary information followed up with the welcome and orientation from Jenny. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable from the start. It is a lovely and well appointed apartment with a great vista from the balcony. Well situated in a quiet street with easy access to the Tamborine Gold Coast areas.
