One shower wasn’t able to be used as it had a smashed shower screen when we arrived. Lots of stains on the carpet throughout, dirty mirrors, glass, marks all over walls, poorly cleaned and mould in showers. Everything is the bare minimum. No mattress protector on the single beds made into a king. The onus was on me to send photos of the issues, when I didn’t have time, it was my fault. No partial refund. Very, very disappointing considering how expensive our 4 nights was!
