Our stay on the Gold Coast was enjoyable but Bluewaters Oasis was disappointing.Promoted as luxury living, it was not. What was a lovely home at one time (although questionable build quality) has now passed into a tired home suffering from lack of maintenance.There were two main issues that was a source of annoyance. There were undersized sheets for the king beds - linen came loose during night requiring remake of bed each morning. This is very poor for a house billed as luxury living.Bath towels were of very poor quality, ones often found in 2 star motels. Some of us took to using pool towels which were much better.In terms of the house maintenance, here are some of the issues we noted.All toilets have leaking cisternsNespresso machine had a missing part and is in a poor stateRefrigerator cold water not working There was a missing wine carafe 2 cracked glasses in the cupboardDrain to one the basins in the master bedroom partially blockedFan switch in master bedroom was broken, only has 2 settings, flat out and offCinema room smelled of stale beerSecond front gate remote missingGarage door damaged and wouldn’t openBroken ignition light for left burners on the BBQ plus broken gas knob for the hot plate.To my regret, I could not recommend Luxico or the house.
