Before we welcome you to Paradise, here are a few key details about the apartment we think you’ll find useful. If there's anything we haven't covered, don't hesitate to message us—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.



We’ve stocked the apartment with all the essentials so you can feel right at home. Whether you're cooking dinner, relaxing with free Netflix, or enjoying a refreshing shower before bed, everything is ready for you, so you won’t need to step out for anything.

Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.

Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at the Surfers Paradise Mini Mart close by.



The Neighborhood:

• Essentia is conveniently located in the quiet part of Surfers with only 4 minutes walk from the Surfers Paradise Light Rail (G:link) Station. Couple of tram stops you will arrive at multiple destinations including:



- Surfers Paradise Hotspot

- Broadbeach: Pacific Fair, Convention Centre, The Star Casino

- Main Beach: Tedder Avenue, and further walk to Sea World

- Southport: China Town for Asian Cuisines



• 6 minutes walk to the quiet part of the famous Surfers Paradise beach. 3 mins walk to multiple local restaurants including the highly-rated Alfresco Italian Restaurant (4.7 stars). A waterside marketplace, Capri on Via Roma is also only 7 minutes away where you can find gourmet eateries, gift shops & the Harris-Farm supermarket.



Getting Around:

Parking: Plenty of street parking in front of the building, there are also visitor parking spots within the building. There is also a designated car spot comes with the uni at Basement level 2.



Getting there:

From airport: You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Surfers Paradise Station, then walk over to Essentia for about 4 mins. It is also only a 35 minutes drive and around $50 to catch an uber here.



The Bus stop in front connects to Sea World and Southport so don’t worry if you don’t have a car.

Property was nice. Communication process for check-in extremely poor. Left stranded outside property for hours trying to get access to check in and when we could eventually get hold of someone had to go to another location and collect keys.
