Grt view,good communication w managers and clean roomy apartment w everything we needed.Nice well cared for outdoor pool/spa/BBQ area. Handy walk to Cooly esplanade but would recommend taking a car if yr not a walker. Would stay again without hesitation.

Location was quite good, although not actually on the beach. We knew that. Ocean views were as advertised. A very light and airy apartment, with heavy block-out curtains for night time. Overhead fans and aircon, neither of which were necessary in early/mid November. On the negative side, there was an almost complete lack of useful information in the apartment - TV instructions on the back of entry door was it! No books, games, DVDs (although some of those may have been available at reception), no toiletries. Comfortable, but….sparse.

Spa spectacular
Very good accomodation, even though we arrived outside the office hours the resort managers came out to welcome us. Thanks! The rooms are huge with full kitchen and laundry and 3 dining tables, 2 outside on the enormous deck. The spa/pool was very nice especially the spa. Did I mention the sauna? What a great way to finish the day. Overall very happy. Will come again.

The managers are super friendly and helpful. Very easy check-in and apartment was bigger than expected. Great partial sea view and close to all your beach, walking, and shopping needs. Had a great stay and will be back again.

Our third time to the property and we think for the location it is excellent value for money, with ocean views and friendly staff. Walking distance to beach and shops, great family location!

Older style property with all the comforts and amenity of a modern apartment. Comfy beds, large living areas and undercover parking. 1hr bus into the centre of surfers paradise but easy walking distance to eateries.

Apartment was modern and comfortable with all that was needed to make it a home away from home. Location was a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners Shane and Susan were very helpful and ensured we had a great stay.

This was our second time staying here and it is such a great place to stay. Location is amazing, great for families and Susan and Shane are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

A beautiful location let down by the apartment.
The apartment was spacious with a lovely view and outdoor verandah, but the owners badly need to renovate and modernize it. It doesn't appear to have had anything done since it was built. The worst thing was it wasn't clean! I wanted to leave straight away. I was up till midnight cleaning things - fridge, dishes, dishwasher, (full of food scraps), floor. I left enough to show the managers in the morning. They were most apologetic & upset as in the yr they had been there this was the 3rd set of cleaners they were on.. While we were out they came in & cleaned the apartment for us, and bought new cleaning equipment for the apartment, including vacuum cleaner. Shane and Sue were so helpful and caring. The perfect people to manage such a place, but they were badly let down by the apartment owners who should not rent it out till they renovate & modernise it, and the cleaners who seem to have only changed the sheets.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
Great apartment, with great views with just a short walk to the cbd. Apartment had everything you needed, and was very spacious.

this is my worst trip in my life
1,When I just went in the hotel the sits are sandy very much and the room get really bad smell 2, The furniture is vey old and fade, 3,The dishwasher powder just provide one and some plate not clean. 4,The toilet paper is not provided. 5, We stay in the hotel 7days, no one go in the room to clean and change the sheet and bedclothes, no one doing any cleaning job for the room. 6, The fire door was locked all the time, we can not use any key provided by the hotel to open it. if any thing happened it will be dissolving. 7, The washing machine is very duty on the top of inside.

Hello Dr Xuefeng, Before making any bookings in the future you need to be very specific in what type of Hotel you are looking for. We are Holiday self contained apartments, not a fully serviced hotel , there is a difference. If you leave all of your hotel rooms in the state that you left ours you will not be welcome back in many.

Perfect position
Rainbow Bay Resort is in a fantastic spot. Easy walk to beach, surf club, Coolangatta & Tweed Heads. $10 meals at the Surf Club. Huge meals & best position on the beach. So many Cafes, Restaurants or Clubs to choose from. Easy access to public transport to Surfers Paradise The two bedroom apartment at the Resort is large containing everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Balcony is large & makes it easy to relax having two different settings enabling you to enjoy the sun or shade depending on your needs. Pool is sparkling & spa & sauna also there. Undercover security parking with lift. Shane & Susan are wonderful Managers.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment, very clean and easy walk to beach and shops. Brilliant service from the owners, friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again and would recommend to others. The spa, pool and bbq area perfect for families with kids.

Wonderful family resort
We absolutely loved it. Service from when we arrived including dropping luggage off was awesome. Nothing was too much for them and small touches such as family DVD library in the lobby and a pool that opens from 7am is great for a family vacation. Would recommend this for any families

Comfortable and Enjoyable
We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. The apartment was very roomy and had everything we needed. The staff and owners were all very nice, professional and helpful. The resort facilities were great.
