Review

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views were amazing and added to our experience. However, I was disappointed by several issues particularly the cleanliness of the place. Firstly, I found that there was poo on the bathroom glass doors. Additionally, the beds, especially the pillows, were dusty and appeared not to have been washed, as they were crinkly. Lastly, it was frustrating that other guests frequently parked in our allocated spot, which caused some inconvenience.

Wonderful Apartment

Wonderful apartment & amazing views!! Very well appointed apartment with comfy beds & furniture, just as pictured. Location was perfect for us as was away from the busy centre of town, but still close enough if needed & tram stop just steps away. Hotel amenities were great & we spent many days at the pool. Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Cloak and dagger to gain entry

If I had known before I booked that I had to go through a secret cloak and dagger story to be given access to this property I would NEVER have booked. Highly stressful process to gain the keys to the property. That said the property had lovely views and enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant apartment

Checkin was a bit of a pain because we had to pick up keys in a separate location to the apartment, a bit of a hassle after a long drive, but the apartment was lovely. Great views, comfy beds, easy parking, good location and great coffee at the cafe underneath. We’ll be back

Maintenance schedule

Why would anyone believe that organising repairs whilst guests are staying in their property was a great ideaI have no idea. To be on vacation and receive a call from a maintenance worker is beyond comprehension. We did not pay for the room so that we could sit around and wait for a repairman to fix a tap in the kitchen. Thanks for the waste of a paid for day waiting for your guy to come in and jiggle a tap and leave
