Guests have full private use of SUNSET throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, both ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas and the expansive private terrace.

The terrace is exclusively yours to enjoy and provides multiple areas to relax outdoors while taking in the surrounding outlook and beautiful hinterland sunsets.

Both bedrooms also open directly onto the terrace, providing easy access to the outdoor space.

Guests have access to Pavilions' shared facilities, including the swimming pool, heated spa and rooftop BBQ and entertaining area, subject to building rules, availability and operating hours.

Secure basement parking for one vehicle is included with your stay.

SUNSET is a privately owned apartment located within the Pavilions residential complex and is independently managed by TheGuestHouse Accommodation Management.

All booking enquiries, guest communication, check-in assistance and accommodation-related requests are handled directly by TheGuestHouse.

The building's swimming pool, heated spa, rooftop BBQ and entertaining areas and other common facilities are shared with residents and other guests. Access is subject to building rules, operating hours, maintenance requirements and occasional closures outside of our control.

Secure basement parking for one vehicle is included with your stay. Full parking and building access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Please ensure the number of guests included on your reservation is correct. Overnight guest numbers must not exceed the number confirmed on your booking.

Parties & Events: Strictly no parties, events, weddings or large gatherings are permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am and be respectful of neighbouring residents.

Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property.

Building Facilities: All shared Pavilions facilities must be used respectfully and in accordance with building rules and operating hours.

Children: Children must be appropriately supervised at all times, particularly on the terrace and around the swimming pool and other shared facilities.

Guest Verification: Guests may be required to complete our pre-arrival check-in and verification process before access information is released.
