Our home is a duplex with 2 seperate identical units: 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom each side with seperate entrance and garden. You can book each unit separately or. book the whole house for you and your family!

Tucked away in a quiet street in Coomera, with lush green forest across the road. Our place is the perfect base for big travelling family or professional team who needs to come to the area for work!

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
➤ Excessive pet mess may result in additional cleaning charges.

🕒 Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—please message us ahead of time to arrange.

🧹 Cleaning Expectations
We provide professional cleaning before every stay, but we kindly ask that guests:
• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided
• Wash any used dishes
• Avoid leaving stains, excessive dirt, or clutter
Extra cleaning or rubbish removal will incur a fee.

🚫 No Parties or Loud Gatherings
This is a quiet, residential street. Noise curfew after 9PM.
Strict no-party policy—breach will result in immediate booking cancellation.
