Wake to the surf line running the length of the coast. Watch the Gold Coast switch on at dusk from your own balcony, then take the lift to the level 20 terrace pool, heated jacuzzi and sauna. This is the higher of our two apartments in this building, and the extra floors show.



The Space



Two bedrooms, one open living and dining space, and a balcony that faces the water. Mojo Stays styling is bold and fashion-led: strong colour, real texture, rooms that photograph as well as they live.



The kitchen is set up to cook in, not reheat: full cookware, crockery and glassware, a Nespresso machine with pods, a selection of T2 teas. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment, plus an iron, hangers and real clothing storage, which makes a week as easy as a weekend. Central air conditioning and heating throughout. Hotel quality linen, changed for every guest.

A dedicated workspace and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, and level 39 is quiet in a way street level Broadbeach never is. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is a five minute walk, so this works for a conference or a week of client meetings. Smart TV in the living room.

Things You Need to Know Before You Book

☑️ A refundable deposit of $750 is required before you check in. Please note it's only a hold and not a charge.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:

To ensure you get your key code ensure you accept the terms and conditions & complete the ID verification step and pay the refundable deposit and as soon as your booking is confirmed. Check in instructions with key code are sent as soon this essential step is completed.



EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:

Please plan for a check-in time of 3 PM. You will receive a notification as soon as your accommodation is ready for you. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms to offer. If another guest is departing on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will need sufficient time to prepare the space to ensure it meets our high standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.



LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedule, we may be able to offer a later check-out. Please reach out to us before 8 pm the night before your departure to confirm if this can be arranged. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, if you need to check out after 11 am, an additional night’s fee will apply. This payment must be made via the Airbnb Resolution Centre by the night before your check-out, or housekeeping will be scheduled for the standard 10 am check-out time.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide complimentary essential supplies. Each bathroom is equipped with 30 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & toilet paper.

Kitchen is equipped with cookware, crockery, glassware and all essential kitchen appliances. A selection of T2 teas, Nespresso machine with coffee pods, sugar and milk are provided. Please note that these are intended as starter supplies and may not last the entire duration of your booking. They are provided to help you settle in without the immediate need to visit a supermarket.



PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR:

Both are available upon request for your convenience. Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. This is to protect your baby’s sensitive skin from potential reactions to the detergents used by commercial laundries. We recommend using your own familiar fabrics, linens, and mattress to ensure your baby's comfort and avoid any sensitivities. However, the portacot does come with a padded mat for the base.



FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:

There is a sensor in the apartment’s living area, which is NOT a camera or recording device. It monitors noise levels, environmental factors (temperature and humidity), and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices nearby). It does not record raw audio, and the data is presented only as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings.



Parties, gatherings or social events are not allowed at any time during the stay. Please note that any disturbances will endure immediate cancelation of the booking without any refund and you will be asked to vacate the apartment in 10 minutes.
