“Clean”

“This was an awful experience. The only good thing was the young lady who checked me in. I could not check in early and I could not check in at 3 pm which was the check in time. I didn't check in until after 4 pm and then I took another type of room. I came to a Birthday Gala for my father's 90th birthday. which began at 5 pm. I did not have any bath towels! When I found an attendant, she replied they did not have towels... she said she would check, needless to say I didn't see her...

“The staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and helpful as needed. Fitness center, complimentary breakfast, location were all great! Room was clean and updated. If we are in the area again, we would stay here!”

“Worst place ever they had roaches in the room, and when they gave us a new room, it was dirty my white socks turned pitch black from the short walk to the bathroom and back. The whole place over all was dirty and not well kept at all.”

“The room was spacious and clean. We had to change rooms as soon as we got settled in because the television was working. Small problem that was resolved right away. There was only one towel set for two people, and I’m sure that would have been resolved immediately as well. ”

“This place is a nightmare....mold/mildew in and around the bathtub, big yellow stains on bedsheets along with wads of hair! The over all smell of stale cigarettes n body odor!”
