We had breakfast and the lady in charge of it was on it, refilling and cleaning everything, we saw she went above and beyond with grabbing the choc. Muffins the kids next to us we're asking about, everything was nice and fresh! Only sad side was the indoor pool was under maintenance, even though it said it was avbl on the Expedia website, that was a disappointment since we paid extra to go to this hotel and planned to...

“I found trash behind the dresser that wasn’t mine when I dropped my chapstick. And the blanket looked dirty. The cleanliness needs a touch up everything else was great.”

“The guy at front desk was really nice and answered all my questions. The room could have been cleaner…the shower had mold in it and could’ve been cleaned better. The bed was semi-comfortable. The sheets also felt a bit rough. ”

“The management was awful and they contacted me about giving me a refund for time i told them when i checked in i wouldn't be there for. I have still not received anything not even a email after accusing me of stealing the room keys. I am on camera and in full view giving the keys back when i checked out while took over an hour ”

“Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. Our room was clean. The pillows were like half pillows so if you're picky about your pillow, maybe bring your own. ”
