“We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. Would stay again. 1) Great location in D3, a lot within walking distance or short cab/grab if needed. Felt safe outside. 2) Very clean and quiet. The new showers are the best I’ve seen in Vietnam which was nice. Given the noise outside I can’t believe how quiet the room was. 3) Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always there, and could answer any question. We checked in and out at odd hours and no problem, just let them know. 4)...

Scrambling to find a place at 1am, we found The Concept Hotel and it was a haven of peace and gratitude. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we wanted to stay longer but they were booked solid for the weekend. We were SO glad to have found this place!”

“正面入り口から入れないので、地下の駐車場からチェックイン（鍵を受け取る、24時間サイゴンアパートのマークが入ってたポロシャツの係員がいます） 歯磨きと歯磨き粉がない、ティッシュがない、金庫は壊れてつかえない、電球が切れてる、日曜は部屋の掃除がないなどありましたが、近くにコンビニがあるので問題はないです。 リビングの真ん中にファンがついていて、部屋が暗い。シャワーが弱い。 ですが、大きな窓があり、電子レンジにフルサイズの冷蔵庫、無料の水のタンクにと、長期に滞在するなら助かるものが多く、良かったです。 また、立地も良く、一本細い道に入るので静かに過ごせました。向かいのバーは24時で閉店します。 再訪したいアパートでした。ありがとう。”

“Centrally situated and a good base for walking the city. Our room had a city view — some were windowless and very small. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very good shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Grace on the front desk, who helped us print documents needed for our crossing to Cambodia.
