“Charles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious. We got changed and headed to the pool. The pool needed a quick skim but it wasnt enough that we didnt enjoy it. We headed up to the restaurant/bar to grab a quick snack. Ordered...

“Two things that stood out - The breakfast team is fantastic. It was the same gentleman there every day and he was friendly, helpful, and just top notch in every way. So were the women working there. (I met two of them, both fantastic). This team truly goes above and beyond and it's a great way to start the day. Thank you! Also - I lost an expensive pair of sunglasses in the lobby, and when I was checking out I asked about them and to my surprise the front desk staff had found and saved them for...

“We have stayed at this hotel many times for its location near Mayo Clinic. This is the first time in a room with kitchenette. Getting around the bed was very tight due to tv placement. Appreciated the multiple outlets for electronics. Excellent breakfast options. ”
